Invitation: Learn Full Yogic Breathing together – Free Online Classes in March

Today I would like to invite you to learn one of main yoga pranayamas: Full Yogic Breathing. This breathing technique allows you to breath correctly, with full lungs and get maximum benefits of correct breathing to your body.
There are 3 parts of lungs: lower, middle and upper part.
Usually people breath incorrectly, shallow breathing, through mouth that cause many problems related with physical and mental problems.
Full Yogic Breathing has many benefits:
• Revitalize whole body with life energy (prana)
• Increase lung capacity
• Relax nervous system
• Increase blood circulation
• Boost digestion
• Improves concentration
• Calm down mind
Free online classes will be arranged 1 time in a week (2-3 classes) in March.
What do you need to participate?
• Internet connection
• Pc/laptop/mobile for watching
Classes will be conducted by yoga teacher Rimantas Genys in English language.
