In this section you will find many asanas with pictures that will help you grow in your personal yoga practice. If you are yoga teacher, those asanas can help you create new sequences for your students.

According to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, asana is the third limb of yoga. It is not recommended to practice asanas for those who have not mastered the first two steps at least at the basic level – Yama and Niyama. It means, you live life based on moral principles, do not harm other living beings or do not use world for your selfish motivations. Then yoga practice gives the best result.
